Terms and Cancellation Policy

Terms

1. Full payment is to be made for confirmation of booking.

2. Booking amount charged while booking is inclusive of taxes at current rates. Taxes will be charged as applicable at the time of billing.

3. Check-in / check-out timing 12 noon.

Cancellation

Refund will be granted on cancellation of booking as per following criteria:

• 15 days or more in advance: 90% of booking amount
• Less than 15 days and up to 10 days in advance: 75% of booking amount
• Less than 10 days and up to 3 days in advance: 50% of booking amount
• Less than 3 days in advance: No refund
